4. No Emergency Services: Health Harmony Recovery is not a replacement for emergency medical care. In emergencies, dial 911 immediately.
5. Provider-Patient Relationship: A formal provider-patient relationship is established only after a consultation with a licensed professional.
6. Service Availability: Services are subject to availability and may vary by location, provider schedules, and regulatory constraints.
7. Platform Usage: You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to breach security, upload malicious code, or harass other users.
8. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned by Health Harmony Recovery and protected by intellectual property laws.

Payments

9. Pricing Transparency: All service costs are disclosed before booking. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
10. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and approved insurance plans.
11. Insurance Verification: It is your responsibility to verify coverage. We assist with verification but do not guarantee insurer acceptance.
12. Outstanding Balances: Unpaid balances may be referred to collections after reasonable notice and opportunities to resolve the debt.
13. Refund Policy: Refunds for services rendered are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Prepaid services canceled within the allowed window are fully refundable.
14. Fee Disputes: Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date for timely resolution.

Liability

15. Medical Disclaimer: Information provided on the platform is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
16. Limitation of Liability: Health Harmony Recovery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
17. Provider Liability: Medical providers on our platform carry their own malpractice insurance and assume liability for clinical decisions.
18. Force Majeure: We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
19. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Health Harmony Recovery against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of services.
20. Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our platform.

Cancellation Policy

21. Appointment Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time incur no charge.
22. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to $50 depending on the service type.
23. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a full charge for the booked service.
24. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
25. Emergency Exceptions: We waive cancellation fees for documented emergencies, including hospitalizations and severe illness.
26. Subscription Cancellation: Recurring subscription services can be canceled at any time with a prorated refund for unused periods.
27. Provider Cancellation: If a provider cancels, we will promptly reschedule or provide a full refund at your preference.
28. Cancellation Notification: Cancellations must be made through our official channels — online portal, phone, or email.
29. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
30. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy with 30 days' notice to active users.

What You Need to Know About Unsubscribing

1. Immediate Effect: Upon confirmation, your unsubscribe request takes effect immediately for promotional communications.
2. Transactional Emails: You may still receive essential transactional emails related to appointments, billing, and account security even after unsubscribing.
3. Processing Time: While the unsubscribe is immediate, any emails already queued for delivery may still arrive within 24–48 hours.
4. Multiple Email Addresses: If you have multiple email addresses registered with us, each must be unsubscribed individually.
5. Re-subscription: You can re-subscribe at any time by visiting our newsletter signup page or contacting support.
6. Data Retention: Unsubscribing does not automatically delete your account or health records. Data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
